Founded in 1998 Linguascope is the UK’s leading web based learning platform for children of all ages. Adopted by over 80% of schools in the UK the platform is also becoming established in other countries including the USA. The services provided include interactive and immersive learning in languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, English), Maths and other mainstream areas of education.

CORE Data Systems were engaged several years ago to maintain the organistion’s server and network infrastructure and to provide ongoing user support to the growing team. Over time the service requirements of the organisation increased and corresponding SLAs became more and more important along with platform stability and overall service provider responsiveness and reliability.
