Server Monitoring
Constant monitoring of your servers and daily analysis of usage logs and reports ensures that we can identify and resolve problems in many cases before they effect your network. This reduces the risk of downtime to your business. We use specially developed software to proactively monitor server performance and identify potential weaknesses.
Remote Support
We provide a variety of remote services including telephone support on a direct dial local rate telephone number. In addition to this, for more complex problems, we also offer direct links via secure encrypted connections. This enables us to provide instant support via shared control of your PC in real time.
Security
System security is highly prioritised on any network to protect data and prevent external instrusion. We ensure that all external connections are fully encrypted and secure. We are partnered with leading security software and firewall providers and offer a range of products to keep your network safe.
Disaster Recovery
Although disasters are best avoided wherever possible through careful planning, some events cannot always be anticipated (e.g. fire, flood, etc). In such events disaster recovery planning is essential for any business that wishes to keep downtime to a minimum. We offer various services (e.g. redundant domain controllers, offsite data storage, backup power supplies, etc) to ensure effective and rapid recovery.
Standard Services
- Onsite same or next day service wherever possible.
- Service hours between 9am - 5pm. (Enquiries 24/7).
- Per technician PAYG hourly rate - no ties.
Contract Services
Annual and monthly maintenance contracts available including:
- Same day service (usually within 2-4 hrs).
- Extended service hours between 8am - 8pm. (Enquiries 24/7).
- No tie-in on monthly contracts.
- Up to two highly qualified on-site technicians, inclusive hours, reduced rate additional hours, remote support, licensing and software support.
